HIDARI provides the following range of shipping methods for international shipping. The specific methods available appear after you select the country you wish to ship to.

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Typically, we dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receipt. However, please note that based on the content of your order, shipping might be delayed due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

For orders placed outside of Japan, DHL requires the recipient's phone number for delivery. Please be informed that we are unable to ship items to U.S. military bases or P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative delivery address.

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3-5 days. During peak periods, we encourage you to place your orders well in advance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays after shipment.

Tax

Depending on the country to which the ordered product is shipped, customs duties or other taxes may need to be paid separately. Those fees are charged by the receiving country and we have no control over them. The price of our goods does not include import tax and VAT.

★ All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges by your local government are paid by the recipient.

★ New EU customs tax rules came into force on July 1st, 2021 and all goods imported to the EU are subject to VAT. Because our shop cannot provide IOSS service, import duties and VAT will be handled by the shipping company and will be charged to you. (The shipping company may also charge you a service fee.)

Shipping from Japan via DHL

All international shipments are dispatched from Japan using DHL.
Every order can be tracked on the DHL website.
The number of days for delivery may vary depending on the shipping conditions in each country.
Customs duties or other taxes may apply. In case of any duties or taxes, please make the payment directly to the delivery company or customs. Duties and taxes differ from country to country; for detailed information, please contact your country's customs office.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping fees and tax conditions of each item.

▼Delivery
We send an “order confirmation e-mail” within 5 business days after you complete your order on our website. We will do our best to ship items within 7 business days after sending the confirmation e-mail.
However, we might not be able to ship within this timeline if we do not have the item in stock.


▼Return Policies
We apologize that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.
Please check your order carefully before completing your order.
If you are concerned about the size, please look at the product description or feel free to ask us before your purchase.
Any products that are damaged after you receive them are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Although we will inspect and package the items carefully, we are not responsible for any loss, damages or trouble in transit. Thank you for your understanding.

Although we pay great attention to packaging and shipping of our products, shipping through EMS is necessarily attended by the probability of loss or damage.
If there are any troubles during shipping, please contact the local post office as soon as possible and then contact us.
When a loss or damage of items occurs, the process of investigation, compensation and other procedures may take a long time. We do not want to make you wait too long, so we suggest you order again, and we will make it up to you when the results of the investigation are finalized.
